Job Responsibilities

1.Collaborate with sales team to plan and complete technical exchange with Europe customers, train clients and set forth detailed technical solutions etc. 2.Analyze legal technical requirements and certifications for defined countries and drive execution of agreed and required certificates. 3.Monitor market environment and gather Technology intelligence from competitors.Analyze product and features of competitors regular and work closely with HQ team to finish the competitive analysis. 4.Strong support to sales team, visit clients and project sites, support system planning and give guidance to PV system installations, service strategy implementation etc. 5.Maintain the service level and fulfill the service request coming from local customer especially some of our VIP customer. 9.Responsible for developing solutions to optimize the local service quality.

Job Requirements

1.Can accept national and international travel to make sure the local service team deliver a good service, depends on business request. 2.Minimum of 3 years work experience in a in the renewable industry, preferably in PV or storage business 3.Bachelor degree or above: must be electrical or electronics background. 4.Self-driven working mind set, willing to dig in and find out problems, report with clear logic, always providing multi proposals to choose from. 5.International mindset for a multi-cultural environment.
