Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the GM in formulating and implementing sales plans and budgets. 2. Lead the US official website team, implement monthly promotion plans, monitor advertising ROI, and optimize strategies. 3. Maintain relationships with key channels (Amazon, Walmart, Beyond) and manage external PR crisis events. 4. Optimize product content and manuals for better customer experience and product ranking. 5. Organize product purchase meetings, forecast sales, and optimize product mix.
Job Requirements
1. 10+ years of experience, including 5 years in management and international consumer product retailing/e-commerce. 2. Strong communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
