Job Responsibilities
1. Provide customers with after-sales support in a timely and accurate manner through online or on-site support; 2. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer feedback and technical issues, coordinate and cooperate across teams to solve technical problems; 3. Familiar with and master the innovative warehouse automation products and technologies in the company and the industry; 4. Manage the return and exchange of automation-related hardware products and equipment spare parts.
Job Requirements
1. Enthusiastic about technical support work, and have a certain background in technical after-sales maintenance and operation and maintenance in the field of warehouse automation equipment; 2. Provide customers with professional after-sales support, solve technical problems, manage product returns and spare parts, feedback and improve product quality; 3. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate directly with overseas customers; 4. It is better to understand or be familiar with the working principle of storage equipment parts, hoists, handling robots and other equipment.
