Job Responsibilities

1. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, maintenance, work reporting and information management of commercial service robots; 2. Daily management of product maintenance at customer site, preventive and planned maintenance of equipment; 3. Starting work or coordinating engineers to solve technical problems; 4. Perform or coordinate engineer handover of equipment to customer and provide required training; 5. Work with sales to complete pre-sale coordination, installation and after-sales service of products and ensure safe and stable operation of products at customer's site; 6. Manage, track and coordinate product implementation on site to ensure smooth installation and delivery of products to customers; 7. Collect and sort all kinds of product and product application related problems and customer requirements encountered in the project and provide regular feedback to relevant departments to improve the quality of the company's products and services.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, mechanical and electrical or software background, 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience, or excellent university graduate; 2. Good human-computer communication, coordination and learning ability; 3. Proficiency in Chinese and Japanese language, which can be used as working language, and understanding of Japanese customs and culture; 4.
