1. Report to Chief Butler directly or authorized people regarding guest's problems and messages. 2.Handling guest requests and recorded in the butler report and share information with whole team to ensure the maximum guest satisfaction. 3.Always focus on guest experience and ensure to deliver bespoke service to achieve the targets. 4.Ensure all guest preferences are taken and actioned. 5.Serve wake up tea/coffee at the appropriate times. Pick-up and deliver guest laundry/ pressing based on guest requested time. 6.Be awareness of hotel and hotel room, good at using room facilities. 7.To coordinate with concern department to handle VIP's complaints. 8. To ensure high quality service is available to all VIPs and members. 9.To promote hotel service and products to VIP. 10.To assist with Hotel Management to response for emergency by appreciated action. 11.To maintain customer concerning, and be responsible for implementation for the VIP service procedure & policy. 12.Be familiar procedures regarding Security, First Aid, Fire Safety and other risk management procedures. To be skillful in related equipment operation. 13.To keep the General Manager updates regarding potential risk and appreciated follow-up action. 14.To maintain guest's profile in accordance with hotel's standards. 15.To follow up other tasks which assigned by superior
1.Bachelor is preferred. 2.Pleasant personality, fluent in English and knowledge on personal computer. 3.Minimum 2 years of Front Desk experience. 4. Appreciate Wanda culture，Good Character and Ethics，Strictly obey the relevant laws and regulations, executive internal policy implement 5.Strong sense of principle, professional management ability ,a good team spirit of collaboration, excellent interpersonal skills, honest and reliable, Decency 6.Have a strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, a good team spirit of collaboration 7.Certification of vocational training on hotel industry (Prefer but not required).
