●Plan Tiktok account positioning and schedule content calendar, align with brand and campaign strategy and messaging. ●Create multiple TikTok videos each week and deliver on key metrics, including view, watch completion rate and engagement. ●Continuously understand and analyze the needs of the brand, and then ideate how those needs come to life on TikTok, as opposed to accepting ideas that you, as a TikTok specialist, know are not suited to the platform or the Western market. ●Monitor and record video performance data, and update content strategy based on key metrics. Provides clear breakdowns in the form of reports on weekly and monthly performance. Plan your work schedule carefully and flexibly as you work with colleagues based in the US, UK, DE, China and more. ●Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally once or twice a year.
●German native speaker ●At least 1 years experience in social media video content planning and creation ●Strong understanding of social media culture and algorithms, especially Tiktok and Douyin. ●Best to have followers on TikTok or otherwise strong evidence of success managing a brand's Tik Tok account. ●Strong communications skills; both written and verbal. ●A positive, can-do attitude, team player and cross-functional collaborator. ●Best to have life experience or deep understanding of the US and China market
