Job Responsibilities

Job Description: -Teaching Speaking English high school students； -Communicate with homeroom teachers about the students' learning. -Manage classroom discipline, maintain interactive class environment -Finish the academic requirements from the academic director, maintain high teaching quality -Design and grade homework, placement test, progress assessment, midterm and final exam

Job Requirements

Requirements: - Native English speaker or equivalent English proficiency preferred;. - Bachelor’s degree or higher. - Excellent communication skills. - Teaching experience preferred. Responsibilities: - Conduct 10 English lessons per week, each lasting 40 minutes. - Prepare educational content and lesson plans that engage and facilitate active learning. - Assess students' progress, provide feedback, and tailor lessons to meet individual student needs. - Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes student participation. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance teaching methods and overall student learning experience.
