Job Responsibilities

1. Consumer Research: Responsible for post-launch consumer perspective research, such as AIPL/NPS studies, to build insights into Indonesian users. Provide deep insights and actionable strategies, and drive implementation in business operations. 2. Strategic Research: Participate in annual strategic planning, product planning, and other specialized research, guiding product and marketing strategy design to support business success.

Job Requirements

1. Work Experience: Over 3 years of experience in consumer insights, with a strong grasp of basic research methods, capable of independently designing research questionnaires, analyzing data, and producing reports. 2. Skills: Strong communication skills, quick learning ability, logical analysis skills, proficiency in PPT writing, responsible and proactive. 3. Preferred Experience: Experience with AIPL, NPS, and other similar projects is a plus. 4. Language Requirements: English can be used as a working language.
