Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for managing and maintaining store accounts on the Amazon/hoppe/Temu/Tiktok platform; 2. Listing product listings, keyword optimization, and developing store promotions and marketing activities; 3. Customer pre-sales, after-sales, and complaint handling; 4. Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and develop product development and product line expansion plans; 5. Maintain good communication and collaboration with the account manager to maintain the current account.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. Familiar with Office software and proficient in operating Excel; 3. Possess good learning ability and analytical problem-solving skills, high initiative, strong learning willingness, diligent thinking, and strong execution ability; 4. Diligent and meticulous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility, possessing excellent communication and teamwork skills, passionate, able to accept challenges and withstand certain work pressures; 5. Relevant cross-border e-commerce platform work experience or aspiring to sell in e-commerce.
