Job Responsibilities
1、Responsible for undertaking the work demand of staff development and staff training within the company in Vietnam; 2、Responsible for undertaking employee performance improvement and performance interviews within the Vietnamese company; 3、Responsible for undertaking the internal staff training and staff development program in Vietnam.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above, human resources, management related majors are preferred; 2、Clear thinking, smooth logic, past experience in student leaders or training positions is preferred; 3、Vietnamese nationality, Chinese as a working language is preferred.
