Job Responsibilities

1. Organize and lead local personnel in collecting and annotating language data for the local language. 2. Coordinate valuable data mining efforts based on model requirements and business scenarios, maintaining and improving language data management. 3. Organize annotation of training data for models, including text classification, recognition, and rule organization; collaborate on defining annotation standards and optimizing efficiency. 4. Participate in model fine-tuning and enhancements to improve product experience.

Job Requirements

1. Long-term resident (Chinese) in Spain/Germany, with over 8 years of experience, highly familiar with the local lifestyle. 2. Background in social science research, such as working in research institutions, universities as lecturers, or students; familiarity with AI large models, natural language processing data organization, and annotation is a plus. 3. Strong understanding of local language grammar, semantics, and analytical skills in abstract summarization. 4. Skilled in resource integration, possessing some organizational and coordination abilities.
