This role will lead the overall TalentOrg marketing strategy and its implementation in business units, including overseas regions i.e. America. Drive the growth of beta customers 1、Deep insights on TalentOrg business scenario and direction, build and improve the user growth path from 0 to 1, and establish a continuously optimized growth model; 2、Continuously maximize growth through performance analysis, A/B and multivariate campaign testing. 3、Shape and define customer target segments and audiences to increase growth and conversion. 4、Management of all search marketing (SEO/Google/facebook/LinkedIn) as well as display campaigns to optimize new customer acquisition while balancing ROAS and sales targets. 5、Hands-on management of all paid social campaigns to achieve sales and KPI targets. 6、Provide robust campaign reporting and analysis, and turn learnings into recommendations and actionable insights. 7、Collaborate with sales team to crease new use case and scenario.
Basic Qualifications 1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience. 2、At least 3 years experience in Internet user growth or similar role. 3、Deep insights on channel matrix and buying model. Hands on channel experience on Facebook、 Google or LinkedIn. 4、A/B testing mind set and data driven. 5、Fluent in English and Chinese, especially excellent in spoken English. 6、Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Tech. 7、Demonstrated ability to understand and analysis business scenarios, product requirements from customer. 8、Experience with SaaS in B2B. 9、Open mind, flexible, challenge embracer. Preferred Qualifications 1、Experience with user growth in B2B. 2、Experience with overseas marketing.
