Job Responsibilities

Position Summary: We are looking for a sales VP with experience selling to home or lighting retailers to help us further expand our sales business in the EUR market. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with EUR retailers, preferably IKEA, Leroy Merlin and other offline retailers, to establish good relationships and achieve the company's business goals through increased sales. Salary standard: sales VP 15-200,000 Euro base salary, commission bonus plus Benefits: Standard benefits, including but not limited to insurance, paid vacation, etc. 1. Develop new business opportunities and maintain contact with existing customers to maintain long-term relationships. 2. Analyze market trends and competitors to provide strategic recommendations and sales plans. 3. Negotiate and sign sales contracts with customers and ensure that contract terms are fulfilled. 4. Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. 5. Set sales goals based on company objectives and meet or exceed those goals. 6. Attend industry shows and events and represent the company to customers. Job Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the EUR retailer sales space, home and lighting retail sales channel resources preferred 2. Has a successful sales track record of at least €4 million 3. Ability to build good relationships with customers and maintain long term relationships. 4. Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. 6. In-depth knowledge of market trends and competition. 7. Proficient in the use of office software and CRM systems. 8. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in business, marketing or related field. 9. Familiar with the culture, regulations and business practices of the European market. 10. Fluent in English and German
