Job Responsibilities:-------- Pre-sales aspect: Focus on customer needs, deeply explore strategic cooperation opportunities, complete the landing of the project, and assist in achieving the sales target. Continuously complete the expansion and reserve of new customer business opportunities, and cooperate with sales to complete the bidding plan.-------- Delivery aspect: Manage IT service projects to ensure successful project delivery. Be responsible for the quality and progress of project delivery and empower members of the delivery team. Coordinate internal and external resources to solve problems existing in project delivery. Connect with the customer team, understand and sort out project requirements, assist the recruitment team in completing personnel search and screening, and ensure the complete delivery of the project. Deal with project emergencies in a timely manner, collect and feedback customer opinions, and coordinate relevant resources to improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Requirements: University undergraduate degree or above, majoring in computer, management, etc. related majors, and those with a PMP certificate are preferred. English can be used as a working language. More than 5 years of work experience, with team management experience, understanding of human resource management, BPO management, personnel, labor law and other related policy knowledge, and those with IT human resource service experience are preferred. Good communication and coordination skills, learning ability and innovation ability, cheerful personality, diligent and down-to-earth, strong sense of teamwork, and able to bear strong work pressureWorking language: English and Chinese.
