Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop international customers with language translation needs through various prospecting channels. 2. Have the ability to independently develop and maintain customers 3. Understand company guidelines and sales procedures, and adapt an implement personal sales strategy and sales plan for overseas companies to target large corporations worldwide. 4. Be able to create new business from outbound and inbound leads. 5. Maintain existing customer relationships to achieve steady growth in business volume. 6. Strong execution ability. 7. Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tasks and goals. 8. Cooperate with team members, and be capable to bring new ideas on prospecting, qualification, and closing
Recruitment requirements: 1. Native English proficiency; (other languages will be a plus) 2. Experience at least 1 year on an SDR position or similar 3. Good at office software operations； 4. Able to handle all types of sales documents and data independently, and good at sales data analysis; 5. Hard working, able to withstand stress, and able to adapt to flexible working hours; 6. Sharp market acumen and market expansion ability, and strong communication skills. 7. Capable to work and track data with a CRM environment. 8. Strong LinkedIn profile will be a plus 9. Translation industry experience will be a plus
