Job Responsibilities
1. Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives. 2. Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and by effective or ganisation of learning resources and the classroom learning environment. 3. Develop and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of all students, according to age, ability and aptitude. 4. Assess and record progress and prepare students for appropriate tests. 5. Link students' knowledge to earlier learning and develop ways to encourage it further, challenging and inspiring students to help them deepen their knowledge and understanding. 6. Work flexibly, be open to new ideas and contribute imaginatively and enthusiastically to help strengthen and develop Prestige Education Centre. 7. Support and encourage colleagues in a friendly, open and professional way.
Job Requirements
1. No less than one-year teaching experience. Those who have children teaching experience will be preferable. 2. Bachelor's degree and above. 3. Internationally recognized TEFL/TESOL certification or other teaching equivalents. 4. Native English speaker from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. 5. Valid references and non-criminal background.
