Job Responsibilities

ASDAN Introduction: ASDAN is a curriculum development organization and an examination board, which provides a wide variety of courses, resources and qualifications that teachers use to recognizeand reward activities undertaken by young people outside of their formal academic subject work. ASDAN develops and accredits skills for learning. ASDAN headquarters are in Bristol, England. This position is for the Beijing office. Job Description: You will be responsible for developing new educational programs in China, finding new partners for our existing programs, leading tasks related to business development that will result into the company’s growth. You will be responsible for delivering presentations for some of the ASDAN China programs. You will have involvement in ASDAN Qualification Programs for portfolio checking and leading international trips for winter and summer breaks. Start Date: Job starts in August 2018. Duration: We will accept candidates who are ready to join for at least 6 months (till Feb 2019). Additional Information and Benefits: - Full-time 9am-6pm (1-hour lunch break); - 2 days off per week (not always Sat/Sun); - Monthly salary of 4000rmb (including training time in Beijing); - Bonuses 4000-10000 for each successful partnership programme; - Travel insurance in China; - Visa support; - Accommodation support allowance 1000RMB or stay in a company dorm; - Travel costs for business trips will be completely covered; - For long-term staff: a clear career path, monthly salary growth to 8000+ from the second year, additional benefits (additional medical, visa and accommodation benefits after 1 year).

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above; - British Citizenship; - Good communication skills (oral and in writing); - Proactive; - Understanding of Chinese working culture would be a plus; - Ability to adapt in new environment and fast learner
