Job Responsibilities

1、Calculate manufacturing costs according to company standards, and monitor current cost against target cost, and set standard cost for inventory parts. 2、Monitor key performance indicators, and provide management team necessary information for productivity and efficiency improvement. 3、Prepare Return on Investment (ROI) and cost redundancy evaluation for projects. 4、Work closely with other financial departments to maintain smooth operations on ERP system. 5、Complete other projects per request, such as ad-hoc reports for senior management and general accounting support.

Job Requirements

1、Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant field, and with 3-5 years of working experience in accounting or related disciplines. MBA holder is highly preferable. 2、Solid experience in preparing both financial and management reports, and experience in home appliances industry is a great plus. Skillful in Microsoft Office suite is required, and experience/knowledge in ERP system (especially SyteLine) is an advantage. 3、Strong analytical skills with great attention to details, and good knowledge in internal control and compliance is desirable. 4、Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English. 5、A self-driven team player and with a great sense of timeline.
