Job Responsibilities

(1) Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined by the Board of Directors (2) Oversee quality control throughout the company and establishing goals for each department in cooperation with division managers (3) Work closely with the CFO to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return (4) Develop a good relationship with the sales offices and operation manager to maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, industry developments, etc. (5) Collaborate with high-level officers to achieve growth, strengthen the company and ensure its sustainability Location: XinXing County, Yunfu, Guangdong Province　(云浮新兴县)

Job Requirements

(1) 10 years of corporate managerial experience (of which is 5 years on C level) (2) Prefer to take strategic decisions in order to generate growth in a sustainable way (3) Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibilities, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly (4) Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts (5) Speaking fluently Chinese (Mandarin) and English (6) People manager, the ability to encourage people to move in the same direction
