Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a hard-working, driven individual who will hit the ground running and help us to develop and execute the communications strategy for Bankorus’s marketing events. You will be working and reporting directly to the CEO and COO. You will also work closely with external agencies and other potential partners. Ideally, you would be someone who is interested in pursuing a career in marketing, advertising, copywriting and creative. Knowledge of the private wealth management industry in which Bankorus currently operates would be advantageous but not compulsory. You will need to get up to speed quickly on Bankorus’s future growth plans, understand complex technical aspects of their proposition and be able to identify their target audience in order to be successful in this role. 1. Conduct market research and analysis of tokens, Security Token Offering etc 2. Contribute to the development of Bankorus’ communications strategy. 3. Work with CEO and agencies to develop various marketing content including but not limited to: blog posts, journalistic content, how-to guides, interviews and other relevant marketing collateral 4. Develop content on your own, which means you need to be able to communicate complex ideas in a captivating and engaging way through various types of content and media channels for our target audience 5. Work with the COO, and our community team to ensure that all communications made public are express key messages in a consistent manner. 6. Support the Head of Marketing to execute marketing partnership ideas to further engage with our target audience 7. Be responsive to delivering upon unplanned content at the last minute

Job Requirements

- English Native Speaker from a top university preferred - Attention to detail, hungry to learn. - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Curious, and isn’t afraid to ask questions - Confident writing abilities - Able to work non-conventional working hours when necessary - Can-do attitude and willingness to learn - Receptive to feedback - Effective in working as part of a team, as well as autonomously when needed - Good time management skills, in particular the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
