Job Requirements

Job requirements: 1. Fluent oral English 2. 1 year kindergarten （3-6 years old kids）teaching experience minimum required 3. Good communication skills and team spirit 4. European Responsibilities: 1. Participate in curriculum development, and collect relevant teaching materials (flash cards, audio and video documents) according to the teaching objectives 2. Train teachers and other instructional staff in new content or programs and write the training plans 3. Review textbooks and other educational materials 4. Observe work of teaching staff to evaluate performance, and to analyze the curriculum usage of the teachers
