Job Responsibilities
1. Support the Head of Marketing & Admissions to manage its short and long term marketing and sales strategies for the through train programme; to optimize brand image and market share, focusing on the Korean sector. 2. Develop and execute marketing activities for Koreans including information sessions, compound events, promotion activities and exhibition, to maximize the number of enquiries and enrollments. Also, to provide supports for other marketing activities to recruit Chinese and expatriate students. 3. Develop strategy to gain editorial access to major newspapers, magazines and other appropriate media, and build rapports with key industry bodies. Work out PR strategy and media schedule to maximize the exposure and explore collaboration opportunities with key business partners and corporations. 4. Maintain the brand image in all marketing and promotional materials (including website) to achieve branding and sales objectives. Enhance the brand awareness and preference through different tactics and vehicles. 5. Plan and manage the annual marketing budget for Korean promotion to ensure it is utilized reasonably and appropriately in achieving the marketing objectives. 6. Closely monitor and evaluate the Korean market conditions. Gather and review competitor data and activities on a regular basis in order to counteract or response. Submit reports and any data analysis that are requested by the Group head office on a timely manner. 7. Handle all forms of enquiries including telephone, online, and walk-ins in a professional and informative manner, focusing on Koreans. The goal is to achieve enrollment target as set by head office and local Marketing and Admissions team each year. 8. Receive potential parents and delivering thorough school tours to provide information about the school’s philosophy, curriculum and programmes. Actively listen and address parents’ questions and concerns. 9. Maintain accurate and up to date data on new enquiries, directly follow-up contacts and efficiently process student applications. Guiding parents through and process the applications from start to finish. 10. Conduct research, collecting data, and writing summaries. Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects assigned by the Head of Marketing & Admissions.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree majoring in English, Communication, Marketing or equivalent qualifications. 2. At least 2 years working experience in marketing or related fields, experience in events management a plus. 3. Chinese Mandarin speaking and writing skills a plus. 4. Proven project management ability. 5. Able to multitask and meet multiple deadlines at the same time. 6. Detail-oriented and result-orientated. 7. Highly organized and punctual. 8. Willing to work some irregular hours and some weekends.
