WHO YOU ARE OCIS is a Primary-12 International School which aims to integrate international education with Chinese values via a bilingual curriculum. Located on a sprawling campus, all our teachers work in modern facilities to create an inquiry-based approach and bilingual learning environment. We're in search dedicated Homeroom Primary/Middle/Highschool teachers with the vision to shape our young school into a robust program for the future. • Location: Shenyang/Benxi • Start date: March 2019 • Contract length: 2 years, renewable by mutual consent • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:05am - 5:05pm • Class sizes: small class sizes • All classes with a bilingual co-teacher and with access to state of the art teaching resources (Smartboards, Managebac, Little Lives) COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS • Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience • All travel included in an annual travel subsidy of 8,000 • Expatriation and Repatriation flights covered • Relocation allowance, assistance and temporary accommodation • Fully paid holidays, summer, spring, and Christmas • Free Housing or Housing Stipend • Work Visa and Resident Permit sponsorship • Free tuition for 1 child • Insurance

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS • Native speaker preferred • At least 1 years teaching experience • PGCE or related degree preferred • Experience in A-level/AP/IB/Montessori/Reggio/US Common Core a plus • A combination of experience, qualifications, and personal fit are considered in each candidate
