Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing… - Execute localization and translation for product features, in-app marketing campaigns and customer support materials. - Form a critical part of the LiveMe in-country “go-to-market” team with Marketing, Product and PR to drive localization of our products. Work closely with different teams to develop specific terminology for new features and products, and shape the LiveMe voice for the local market. - Work with localization and other teams at LiveMe to identify and address linguistic challenges; Maintain language references such as terminology databases and the style guide. - Understand challenges in the localization process and lead broad language quality improvement initiatives at the language and team level, as well as upstream.
Job Requirements
What we are looking for… - Minimum of 1 years of work experience in TMT (tech, media telecom) sector preferred. - You can be a full-time employee or an intern. - Native North American English Speaker, ability to speak and write in Chinese fluently and idiomatically. - Strong communication skills and fearlessness towards rolling up sleeves and getting hands dirty. - Detail-oriented, quality-focused and proactive, with a strong ability to manage projects. - Enjoy working in a high intensity environment. - Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
