Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the management and operation of overseas warehouses, including formulating, implementing and implementing logistics-related plans and programs, optimizing processes and reducing costs; 2. Responsible for the negotiation of the cost of each transportation channel of the overseas warehouse, the maintenance of the relationship between the channel manager, etc., and coordinate the logistics service provider to solve the unexpected problems in the operation of the overseas warehouse; 3. Establish a reasonable inventory management system and operation process specifications to ensure the safety, timely and accurate entry and exit of goods in the warehouse; 4. According to the needs of warehouse operation, carry out the construction of departmental talent echelon, organize departmental talent training, and involve KPI performance appraisal standards.

Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years of relevant experience in warehousing service industry; 2. Able to speak Polish, familiar with local laws and regulations, logistics channel resources are preferred; 3. Long-term overseas Chinese is preferred, proficient in Chinese or English dictation. 4. Place of work: Poland
