Job Responsibilities: 1. According to the company's development strategic goals, formulate Japan/Germany/UK localized sales plans, organize implementation, achieve performance goals, and be responsible for Japan/Germany/UK sales performance; 2. Responsible for the development of local markets in Japan/Germany/UK,develop distributors and retailers.Handle various sales affairs: such as business negotiation, contract signing, sales execution, after-sales service, payment collection plan, etc. development; 3. Responsible for the research and analysis of Japan/Germany/UK market, understand the market layout of competitors, and adjust the sales plan in real time 4. Handle the sell-in/sell-through/sell-out to keep a healthy stock on channel and build the brand exposure offline and online by marketing&retail activities.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, Japanese/German/English (corresponding national language) as mother tongue; 2. More than 3 years of sales experience in mobile phone accessories, consumer electronic industries; 3. Prefer the people who has the experience that build the business from 0 to 1; 4. Strong executive ability and teamwork spirit. Have a sense of responsibility, strong resistance to pressure, and can actively cooperate with the planning, adjustment and implementation of the company's strategy; 5.
