Job Responsibilities
1. Technical support, to complete the heavy and difficult sales project technical support, participate in technical bid writing and response, with the completion of the difficult technical issues of communication and Q&A; 2. After-sales delivery, responsible for product and solution delivery projects, docking solution after-sales business technical support.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, communication engineering, electronic engineering, automation, mechatronics, computer, software engineering and other related engineering majors are preferred; 2. Understanding of basic communication principles, strong learning ability; 3. Strong logical thinking and communication and expression skills, proactive, enterprising, strong communication skills and learning ability, good customer service consciousness; 4. If for overseas direction need to have strong oral and reading and writing skills, be fluent in one of the following languages English, Spanish or Portuguese .
