Job Responsibilities

1. Assist sales to answer relevant product questions in the process of customer development; 2. Assist the R&D team to locate, verify and solve on-site problems; 3. Responsible for the update and writing of product manuals; 4. Solve the problems encountered in the use of the customer's equipment; 5. Responsible for the training of new customers and new products in the region; 6. Summarize and sort out the needs of customers, and assist R&D for development and testing.

Job Requirements

1. Major in agricultural machinery and machinery, English and Polish can be used as working languages; 2. Hard-working, team spirit, positive work attitude, strong learning ability; 3. Proficient in commonly used office software tools; 4. Be honest and trustworthy, have good affinity and communication skills; 5. Able to adapt to overseas business trips.
