Job Responsibilities
The secretary of Manulife Insurance is responsible for administrative support, such as managing documents and files, organizing meetings, and maintaining the office environment. They undertake communication and coordination tasks, handling internal and external information transfer and problem-solving. They also handle data and information processing, inputting and updating customer data, etc., facilitating the smooth operation of insurance business and serving as an important supporting role for the efficient operation of the insurance team.
Job Requirements
Arrive in Hong Kong under the Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS) or the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS); Non-permanent resident of Hong Kong; Have an annual income of HK$900,000 in the past (and provide relevant income certificates).
