Main Responsibilities: 1.Review, design and implement HR processes and policies in meeting organization’s goals and local government regulations. 2.Performance management system – To monitor performance appraisal is professionally review & identify personal development objectives in a yearly basis. 3.Update policy by meeting local government new regulatory and organization development. 4.To ensure the effective implementation of HR policies to ensure compliance to the requirements. 5.Hire and retain the right employees in meeting organization’s goals. 4.1 Recruitment & Selection – To hire right candidates with cost and time budgeted. 4.2 Employee retention program per target setting. 6.Maintain good employee relations working together with department managers through coaching, counseling and dialogues sessions; 7. To conduct employee communication and develop action plans to improve employee satisfaction rate. 8.Identify, trains and equip employees at all levels with skills competency in meetings organization’s goals. 9.Report and analysis, such as labor cost, headcount, turnover rate etc. 10.Office administration management to ensure qualified administration service available to meet the operation needs.
Qualification: Education & Training: -Graduate/ correct level of intellectual capacity Experience & Competency: -Experienced HR Director came from the Real Estate Industry with at least 10 years, and 5 years as HR Director role. -Good both in Mandarin and English speaking and reporting skills. -Ability to take a strategic view. -People oriented and good communication skills. -Results oriented. - Ambitious, motivated, smooth talker and team player
