Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities As the Academic Manager 1. The Academic Manager shall maximize the amount of applications collected. 2. The Academic Manager shall coordinate and oversee the judging committee in their selection work. 3. The Academic Manager shall monitor the two-step judging process (application submissions, phone and GM interviews.) 4. The Academic Manager shall maximize the amount of tickets sold to hoteliers. 5. The Academic Manager shall be responsible for all academic content preparations leading up to the events. (ppts, envelopes, certificates, trophies etc.)

Job Requirements

Qualifications & abilities 1. Bachelor degree required. 2. Fluent English & Mandarin required (spoken and written). 3. Strong interest for branding, lifestyle, luxury and new trends is required. 4. Results-driven, drive & working-intensity. 5. Ability to work in team. 6. Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks. 7. Can be tough against adversity. 8. Great with details.
