Job Responsibilities
① Manage the General Manager’s daily affairs and schedule various itineraries. ② Handle office documentation, visitor reception, and external public relations. ③ Assist the General Manager in conveying and coordinating instructions. ④ Help compile reports and summaries from various project departments and organize relevant materials. ⑤ Take charge of personnel, administrative, and logistics management. ⑥ Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: ① At least 5 years of experience in administrative and human resources management. ② Preferred majors: Business, Management, Japanese, or Chinese. ③ Strong language skills, cross-cultural communication abilities, and teamwork spirit. Work Location: Ota Ward, Tokyo, Japan.
