Job Responsibilities
1. Manage daily live streaming operations for the company's TikTok account, increase the number of online viewers, improve the conversion rate of live-streamed products, and be responsible for the overall GMV. 2. Oversee TikTok account operations, content planning, and private traffic pool construction. 3. Manage daily operations of streamers, provide training and guidance to develop their sales thinking, improve their product pitching skills, and enhance their order conversion abilities. 4. Conduct comprehensive analysis of the responsible product categories, identify product selling points, create live streaming content, and enrich live streaming gameplay and sales pitches.
Job Requirements
1. Managed live streaming sessions with an average GMV of at least $1,000 per hour. 2. Over one year of live streaming operation experience, domestic or international; experience with apparel projects preferred. 3. Familiar with Douyin or TikTok platform rules and traffic distribution logic, able to leverage platform features and rules to excel in live streaming traffic logic and drive rapid business growth. 4. Knowledgeable about domestic and international social and short video platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Douyin, Kuaishou, and understanding of overseas user habits and preferences. 5. Strong data analysis skills and content sensitivity, with an active mindset for analysis and solution development. 6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with strong abilities in copywriting and creative output.
