Education Bachelor / Diploma / Certificate in Human Resources / Hotel Management discipline Experience Chinese nationals. At least 8 years in Human Resources field with 3 years in manager role Experience in service industry, preferably in hotel industry Job Skill / Knowledge Thorough knowledge of local labour law and procedures Good communication skills Good connection with local government officials Knowledge of HRMIS system Basic training skills Experience in handling labour union preferred Computer Knowledge Computer literate to basic MS software
