1. Welcome VIP guests on behalf of the hotel, deal with major events and record the major matters of special VIP, note worthy guests. 2. Handle guest check-in and check-out questions and other enquiries. 3. Greet and guide VIP guests to their rooms and introduce room facilities. 4. Handle guest complaints, use personal knowledge of the hotel and address guest concerns. 5. Participate in all the reception work of the day, and know the trend of the room on that day and after. 6. Responsible for coordinating and dealing with all guest emergencies. 7. Ensure the lobby is clean and in good order, free from improper dress and behavior. 8. Inspect the room and other areas of the hotel with engineering and security colleagues.
