Job Responsibilities

1. Communicate with major customers and integrators, provide pre-sales technical support for the customers, including demand analysis, project evaluation, demo debugging, exhibition support, etc. 2. According to customers’ demands, make the project solutions and give the presentation to the customers. 3. Fully understand the 3D visual products of Mech-Mind and apply them to project solutions flexibly. 4. Finish the specific program design, BOM, technical agreements, cost estimation, etc. 5. Responsible for the standardization of visual solutions, the writing of standardized Korean documents and training documents, etc. 6. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in science and engineering computer science, electronic engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, etc. 2. Have relevant knowledge of vision technologies. 3. Excellent Korean document writing skills. 4. Be patient, with good communication skills, and fully understand customers’ requirements. 5. Have the ability to select proper product models and give precise solutions, be familiar with the supply chain, and be able to give the exact valuation. 1. 본과 이상, 리공과 배경(기계, 전기, 자동화, 로봇, 시각 관련 전공 우선). 2. 업무배경: 자동화 관련(예: 머신 비전, 로봇 통합, 보안 등 우선 고려). 3. 한국어는 업무 언어로 사용될 수 있으며, 한글문서 작성이 가능하며, 사용자 관점에서 문제를 고려하는데 능숙. 4. 의사소통, 인내심, 고객의 요구를 충분히 이해. 5. 독립적으로 문제를 분석하는 능력, 팀워크 및 능동적 학습 능력을 갖춤.
