Job Responsibilities
•Plan, coordinate, and execute livestream sales events to showcase our products and drive sales conversions. •Create engaging and persuasive product presentations during livestream sessions, highlighting key features and benefits. •Interact with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, providing product recommendations, and fostering a sense of community. •Utilize various livestream platforms and tools to maximize audience reach and engagement. •Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop livestream sales strategies and promotional campaigns. •Monitor livestream metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance. •Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging livestream platforms to continually enhance our livestream sales initiatives.
Job Requirements
•Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment. •Strong knowledge of livestreaming platforms and proficiency in using livestreaming tools and features. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. •Demonstrated ability to engage and captivate audiences through livestream presentations. •Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs. •Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms to promote livestream events and engage with customers. •Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple livestream events simultaneously. •Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate livestream schedules. •Passion for sales, a creative mindset, and a self-motivated attitude.
