Job Responsibilities
1. Monitor daily activity of sales representatives including targeting specific customers to achieve objectives and manage sales support activities 2,Increase department performance, fomenting collaboration. Establish and report on metrics to measure performance of the inside sales activities; correct deficiencies where necessary 3.Provide training that improves team skills. Interact with senior management recommending courses of action to further enhance sales. Develop and implement new working procedures and goals. Provide Leadership to the advising team in offering culturally sensitive sales/customer-oriented. 4.Develop and maintain new customers. Drive revenue and contribute to the continued growth through consistently achieving individual and team quotas. 5.Company promotion, promote the company's resource image, and improve customer recognition. Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities. 6.follow up and maintain customer relationship, accurately grasp customer logistics needs, logistics planning.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree 2. Sales experience is preferred 3.CET-6, good English communication, listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in using office software
