Job Responsibilities

Position Overview: The purchase Manager with FMCG experience will be responsible for finding the qualified suppliers, compare prices , and making quantity, specification, shipment,payment clear in sales Contract and Purchase order. For management part engaging the team to follow the objective, admin and QC team offer good service on follow-up and inspection. Coordinate the relations between buyer, admin and QC also supporting their work, meanwhile, report to directors by weekly plan then put into effect. Team members understand exactly what i expect from them everyday. Job description: 1. Sufficient knowledge of each product who is in charged. The knowledge include the product origin, catch method, processing method, processing process, etc. 2. Communicates with different factories, Keeping a good relationship with them, calling them everyday or week to know the updated situation, tendency of each product. 3. Communicates with the new suppliers and develops a relatively good relationship with them, gets the offer and new information from the new factories. 4. Provides training to new staff to make them independent. 5. Provides day to day leadership and coaching to the team, guiding and supporting team members when they face issue. 6. Sets objectives then motivate the team,review the result monthly. 7. Organizes effective meeting weekly so that team members can contribute to problem solving and exchange relected information between buyer, admin and QC. 8. Provides regular reporting across all aspects of the business to the top management. 9. Works with top management team on strategies and plans.

Job Requirements

Required skills/experience: · Resources, networking, Office software tools, web sites and social media experience (e.g. LinkedIn, Customs data, Wechat, Facebook, etc), · Ability to communicate with varies of suppliers , find the superior suppliers and bargain on prices, negotiate on quality , shipment, service. · Experience in leaderships with a team for FMCG. · Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines and drive results · Strategic and customer oriented and has a 'can-do' attitude · Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English. · Positive Bargaining skills to reach an agreement on price, quality etc. · Strong analytical and negotiation, influencing and collaboration skills · Good working knowledge of Purchasing and foreign trading. FMCG · Knowledgeable in for governmental laws and regulations in the area of recruitment · Strong willingness to learn new processes / methodologies · Attention to detail · Team coaching and development Education background and experience: 1. Minimum Bachelor Degree. 2. At least 5 years of industry/ purchasing experiences 3. At least 3 years experience as a team leader
