EarlyReaderProgram The Early Reader Program is designed to help students become independent readers by teaching phonics, sight words, and vocabulary. The program prepares our students for further study in our Guided Reading and Literature and Writing programs. GuidedReadingProgram In Élan's Guided Reading Program, students read in our libraries while our Library Coaches act as guides to their independent study. The program focuses on pairing students with appropriately leveled reading material while also giving them the freedom to explore their interests.         : 1) Teaching related degree (majored in English, Education, English Literature, Creative Writing etc.)  2 years teaching experience (with original reference letter from current/ former employers) 3) Teaching certificate holder: TEFL/ TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, State teaching license, PGCE,
