Job Responsibilities

Ensure a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with relevant standards and comply with laws and regulations.​ Ensure that the production site is effectively monitored, appropriately staffed and trained to meet production needs.​ Handle various emergencies in a timely manner to ensure the smooth progress of production.​ Coordinate communication and cooperation between various departments, and promptly solve problems arising in production.​ Track the progress of production plan completion, timely hold production coordination meetings, solve production bottlenecks and handle abnormal situations to ensure the effective implementation of production plans.

Job Requirements

Educational background is not limited; majors in automation, mechanical manufacturing and other related fields are preferred. English can be used as a working language. Having 0-1 year of factory construction experience.​ More than 5 years of production management experience in equipment manufacturing plants.​ Familiar with the production process and technological process, with the ability to systematically analyze and solve problems.​ Proficient in production operation and management, with rich experience in production management, cost control, quality management and logistics management.​ Having experience in rigorous production control processes, with comprehensive and rich practical experience.​ Possessing excellent team management ability and communication skills.
