1. Responsible for the communication, maintenance and visits of important Japanese customers; 2. Be responsible for the audit of claims cases; 3. Assist the leaders of the Department to improve the service quality and implement the management system in detail. 4. Other business management tasks assigned by the leaders.
Requirements for academic qualifications, abilities and skills: - Japanese, with Chinese communication skills is preferred; - Bachelor degree or above, experience in insurance industry or medical industry is preferred. - Strong sense of responsibility, patience and meticulousness, team spirit.
