Job Responsibilities

1. Familiar with the operational model of cross-border e-commerce logistics, the business interfaces between various modules of cross-border e-commerce, and the overall logistics process. 2. Responsible for overseeing overseas warehouse management, including detailed management of inbound and outbound processes, inventory counting, and shipping. 3. Capable of developing accurate logistics performance metrics based on company logistics status, ensuring low-cost, efficient logistics operations to achieve customer satisfaction. 4. Familiar with e-commerce logistics processes and able to promptly optimize logistics processes and related systems in response to business changes, coordinating effectively with both front-end and back-end departments.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or above from a recognized institution, with at least 3 years of logistics management experience; over 1 year of warehouse management experience, with experience in setting up overseas warehouses preferred; candidates with backgrounds in logistics management, supply chain management, or international trade are preferred. 2. High sensitivity to data, capable of identifying business anomalies through data mining and driving improvements. 3. Strong initiative, result-oriented in driving business and process improvements. 4. Possess a Mexican visa or U.S. visa, or already hold these qualifications.
