Job Responsibilities
1. Guide the organization's accounting functions. 2. Establish and maintain accounting principles, practices, procedures, and plans. 3. Modify ledgers, cost systems, and other operations to ensure effective functioning. 4. Prepare special financial and statistical reports. 5. Compile periodic and annual financial statements according to company and/or group policies. Present findings and recommendations to management. 6. Review inventory control systems and procedures to ensure proper control and efficiency. 7. Oversee the correct and accurate accounting classification of all expenditures. 8. Review and validate payment vouchers. 9. Provide guidance to accounting staff. 10. Complete other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, fluent in spoken English, with at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Skilled in cost analysis and cost control, with experience in finance and management. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or MBA preferred.
