Job Responsibilities

1、Strategy & Target Ownership: Participate in the development of the company's international marketing strategy and be accountable for achieving sales targets within the assigned region. 2、Performance Management: Participate in the International Marketing team's KPI assessments and be accountable for achieving individual KPIs. 3、Market Intelligence & Pre-Sales: Collect and analyze customer information within the region in accordance with company marketing policies. Maintain accurate customer information and activity records in the CRM system, strictly adhering to SPIN SELLING methodology requirements. Execute product pre-sales services based on the company's product promotion plans. 4、Policy & Process Execution: Implement company sales and marketing policies within the region, specifically: Sales Credit Management Regulations Product Trial Management Procedures Overdue Accounts Receivable Handling Procedures 5、Pricing Integrity: Maintain the company's product and service pricing system within the region, complying with and executing international marketing price management processes. 6、Business Development: Actively identify, pursue, and develop new and potential customers within the region by leveraging company resources and sales channels, in alignment with the international marketing strategy. 7、Market Insight & Relationship Management: Provide accurate market intelligence on industry trends, demand shifts, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

1、Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. 2、Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles. Minimum of 1 year of specific experience in the international electronics/telecommunications industry. 3、Knowledge & Skills: Foundational knowledge in networking and telecommunications principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (written & verbal). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven market judgment and business development capabilities. Language: Proficient in English (spoken, listening, reading, and writing). 4、Desired Attributes: Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach. Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, international environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of international trade practices and regulations is a plus.
