Job Responsibilities

Media Relations - Brainstorm pitch ideas, thought leadership stories, PR stunts, and other proactive Reolink-driven story opportunities. - Identify and engage with relevant media outlets and journalists. - Manage the master media list and support the team by pulling media lists for launches, announcements, campaigns, events, and tradeshows. - Respond to media inquiries. Creative Writing - Draft compelling communication materials, including press releases, blogs, pitches, bylines, and keynote scripts. - Create briefing books for spokesperson interviews. Coverage Monitoring - Monitor press coverage of Reolink, competitors, and industry trends, including the preparation of monthly monitoring reports for the HQ PR team. - Identify real-time newsjacking opportunities to position Reolink within tech trends and industry news cycles that drive brand conversations. - Stay on top of news/media, the tech industry, market developments, and consumer trends. Other Tasks: - Deliver keynote speeches and presentations on Reolink’s solutions to journalists, clients, and partners, in collaboration with sales and HQ teams, when necessary. - Draft marketing and sales decks, and assist in pulling press quotes for sales enablement efforts. - Support various ad-hoc research projects as needed.

Job Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in communications, PR, or journalism. Experience in the tech, consumer electronics, or related industries. Extensive experience in drafting press releases, blogs, briefing books, pitches, and other communication materials. Strong understanding of media relations and experience in pulling media lists and pitching news. Media analysis and coverage monitoring experience is essential. A mix of in-house and agency experience is a plus. Fluency in German and English; fluency in French is a huge plus, and proficiency in any additional language is a bonus.
