We are looking for a BD manager who can help expand business for brands in our company portfolio. Candidate should have experience selling to American and European distributors. Candidate must to be able to hold high level negotiations in English. BD manager will need to create competitor market analysis report and propose offline trade marketing plan and budget. BD Manager will work closely with upper management to expand biz by: i)Finding large distributors by region ii)Cold calling iii)Conducting market research online/offline- emailing / calling / visiting iv)Attending Trade Fairs and other events v)Holding promotion events in stores and events in target markets vi)Create and promote distributor program complete with pricing, marketing support and after-sales support BD manager will be responsible for training trade marketing team members, and building up trade marketing teams for brands in our portfolio. BD manager will also need to work closely with our marketing and brand managers to make sure we have the most suitable market entry approach and style for each different market region. Overseas sales do not require working in the office, but can report work remotely.
Requirements: • University degree in business or equivalent, MBA is preferred; • At least 5 years sales or global BD experience and partner marketing experience, esp. in 3C or IT industry; • Knowledgeable of market and industry trends and competitors; • Good knowledge of service & sales processes and techniques for the distribution industry； • Strong verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills for communicating, and building relationships, with extensive internal and external customers; • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Experience in successful development of overseas distributors or supermarkets, experience in overseas brand promotion planning and implementation; • Able to work in a cross-culture environment; • Willing to travel, valid passport/travel documents, including for international travel, and available for minimum APAC and US travel.
