Job Responsibilities

1. As a key member of the global sales leadership team, participate in formulating corporate strategic objectives and decomposing functional tasks. Lead overseas regional teams to analyze market conditions and customer profiles in the Americas/Europe regions, developing annual market development and business plans. 2. Expand sales channels in the Americas/Europe markets. Sell customized automated production lines and provide smart manufacturing solutions to clients including new energy battery manufacturers and automotive OEMs. Conduct market visits, identify potential clients, lead commercial negotiations, execute contracts, and track payments to achieve sales targets. 3. Manage Americas/Europe regional sales teams through coaching, motivation, and performance evaluation. Drive team performance to achieve business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional resources to secure sales orders and deliver business results. 4. Support pre-sales project management and assist internal project delivery teams to ensure timely product handover and post-sales support. Monitor service quality and track customer satisfaction. 5. Optimize overseas sales processes and workflows.

Job Requirements

1. 8+ years in international sales with 5+ years managing sales teams. Proven experience in developing overseas OEM clients, preferably with background in selling automotive parts/power battery assembly lines within large automation companies. 2. Demonstrated independent client development capabilities. Strong information gathering, analysis, and utilization skills. Resilience under pressure. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. 3. Excellent written reporting and organizational abilities. Outstanding interpersonal skills with adaptability to fast-paced sales environments. 4. Familiarity with Western and Chinese business cultures. Valid U.S. visa, overseas work/study experience preferred. 5. Bachelor's degree or higher. Business-fluent English proficiency. 6. Willing to work on-site in Kunshan
