Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of overseas customers, and complete relevant overseas sales targets; 2. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships in depth, effectively communicating with overseas customers through network tools, emails, business trips, etc., and facilitating the conclusion of transactions; 3. Understand and explore customer needs and purchase wishes, and introduce the advantages and characteristics of the company's products; Analyze the needs and pain points of potential customers, and propose suitable products and solutions. 4. Participate in the formulation and implementation of overseas marketing activities, communicate with customers to complete sales tasks, follow up sales collection, and complete temporary work assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Understand the business process of foreign trade exports, and have good English listening, speaking, and writing skills; 2. Strong business negotiation and customer relationship maintenance ability and ability to work under pressure. 3. Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution, initiative, strong learning ability, good communication skills and teamwork skills. 4. Overseas sales of toys or FMCG overseas sales experience is preferred.
