Job Responsibilities

Responsible for subcontractor pool establishment and bring up the potential subcontracts. Responsible for organizing the subcontractor trainings and skill qualifications. Responsible for the local outsourcing cost data base construction Support project tenders Monitor companies that provide a service in the project. Close projects with contractors. Negotiate services that are outsourced to carry out projects Conduct market studies Control and monitor purchase orders and budgets. Other functions required by the area and assigned by the immediate supervisor Properly use the tools and equipment assigned to perform their duties. Maintain in good condition and use the equipment and personal protection elements assigned to them.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, or a related field/equivalent applicable experience. High English Level B2 o C1 Telecommunication Experience (No exclusive).
